    FAQ

    How to order? So easy!

    1. Add any item you want from my shop.

    2. Via desktop: Drag the item you want and drop it to your shopping bag. You can also click the product to redirect you to the product page for full description.

    Via mobile: Click “ADD TO BAG” button.

    3. Proceed to checkout page by clicking the floating shopping bag icon seen on the lower left corner of your screen/mobile.

    4. The checkout page will walk you through the process until you complete all the required fields and hit the final “Place Order” button.

    5. You will receive automated confirmation emails in a few minutes after placing the order. Please don’t forget to check your SPAM if your inbox didn’t get any emails from us.

    Do you do meet-ups?

    Unfortunately no. But we are already working on having our stuff available to some retail stores. Please stay tuned for updates.

     


    Where is your online shop based?

    We ship all orders from Metro Manila, Philippines.

    Georgina Sasha, founder is based in Las Vegas, U.S.A. Hence most products are imported. Yay!

     


    Do you have free shipping?

    Domestic: Yes, for a min purchase of P1,000 anywhere within the Philippines.

    International: Nope, sorry! But we offer the fastest 3-day delivery for international shipping! But pls take the customization turn around time into consideration.

     


     

    Do you ship worldwide?

    YES! Everywhere you think possible!

     


    Are all your items available?

    Yes, if you see it on my website, it is available…Unless indicated “Out of Stock.” But on our current settings, all sold out items are hidden so as long as you see the stuff in our shop, then it is AVAILABLE!

    Is your shop secured?

    Yes! We use Ecwid for our e-commerce. This is a web hosted solution for building an online store. Guaranteed SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) secured. This is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral, so all your details are kept private.

    DELIVERY TIME and SHIPPING FEES

    We accept online orders 24/7. We ship all orders daily from Mon-Fri. Delivery of goods are from Mon-Saturdays (except weekends and holidays).

     

    DOMESTIC (Philippines)

     

    • FREE SHIPPING applicable for a minimum of P1,000 total purchase anywhere in the Philippines.
    • Metro Manila P60.00 (2-3 days)
    • Rizal P100.00 (2-3 days)
    • Provincial areas P100.00 (3-5 days)

     

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

     

    Upon checkout, you may compute the shipping costs when you input your accurate shipping location (country, state, and postal code). Orders and payments that are verified on or before 12 midnight, Philippine-time (GMT+8) will be dispatched the next day in the afternoon.

    *For customized orders, please take note of the production time + delivery days.

     

    • DHL Express (1-3 days)

     

    Couriers:

    • For Domestic shipping, we use Xend/LBC/2Go and GRAB (upon request)
    • For International shipping, we use DHL Express 3-day-shipping door-to-door delivery in accredited countries.

     


     

    Important to read:

    • We do not have operations on Sundays and holidays.
    • Tracking numbers will be provided but we will not be held responsible for damages during transit. Insurance is only applicable when package is lost. However, rest assured all items are packed the best possible way so you will receive them in pristine condition.

    TERMS OF USE

    All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, audio, video, message or other material appearing on this website are owned by Georgina Sasha. It is prohibited to use any of my website’s content without express written consent. Except as otherwise stated herein.

    GENERAL

    Georgina Sasha Trading is a business name registered in the Philippines in this office pursuant to the provisions of Act 3883, as amended by Act 4147 and Republic Act No. 863, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations prescribed by the Department of Trade and Industry.

    ORDER PROCESSING

    We process orders every Monday through Saturday. We do not have operations on Sundays and holidays. Orders will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation. After payment has been confirmed, we pack your orders same day and schedule a pick-up from our couriers. Please check your email regularly for updates.

    COLORS

    We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.

    PRIVACY

    We take precautions to keep the information you share with us safe and private. We will not sell or give your personal information to other marketers without your express consent.

    Return Policy

    HASSLE-FREE RETURNS IF YOU HAVE A 7-ELEVEN BRANCH NEAR YOU!

     

    We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: we accept returns of our plain BAEsic Onesies and Exclusive Bikinis within ten (10) days of shipment (AKA the date that we shipped out your order) or within seven (7) days from receiving the package.

     

    TERMS & CONDITIONS:

     

    You just can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original hangtags must be attached, and swimwear or bodysuits must have the hygienic/sanitary liners intact. Refund is only applicable if the size you wish to get for replacement is currently unavailable. We will only replace your return with a change of size or color.

     

    There is a P100.00 additional fee to get this hassle-free Return Form. See below screenshot for your reference.

    You will receive our Return Form with all the other paraphernalia, instructions on how to return the swimwear together with our magical calendar with the dates highlighted in yellow—meaning, you should return it to us within those days.

     

    On top of that, you will have to shoulder the shipping costs:

    Metro Manila P70.00

    Provincial areas P110.00

     

    What to do next? So easy and pretty awesome!

     

    1. Repack the swimwear and put it in the XEND blue pouch (this will be included in your package if you added the P1.00 fee.)

    2. Write down your name in the upper right corner of XEND waybill (also included).

    3. On the waybill, check the box that applies to your location: Metro Manila (P70) or Provincial area (P110).

    4. Drop-off to accredited 7-eleven branches seen here: http://new.xend.com.ph/7-eleven/ and pay for the return shipping cost over the counter.

    5. Do not forget to note down the tracking number seen on the upper right corner of your waybill just below the barcode.

    Replacement(s) will only be shipped the day after we receive the return package during regular business days.


     

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sunnies or any accessories, bags, beauty products, customized swimwear (unless stated on the item ordered otherwise), and any other items marked as “Sale.” Refund/replacement is only applicable if these goods have been proven damaged/defective upon receiving the items.

     

    We always require a photo of the damaged good(s) in 5 working days upon delivery of your package.​ Failed to send a photo after 5 days, will not be qualified for refunds/replacements.
